Job Overview
We are seeking qualified providers who can commit to a minimum of one week per month throughout the 2027 calendar year.
Below are the available dates for assignments.
Work Schedule
- Shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM
- Duration: 8-hour shifts only (10-hour shifts are not an option)

- July 5-9
- July 12-16
- July 19-23
- July 26-30
- August 2-6
- August 9-13
- August 16-20
- October 4-8
- October 11-15
- October 18-22
- November 8-12
- November 29-December 3
- December 13-17
- December 20-23 (no shifts on December 24 for Christmas Eve)
- December 27-30 (note: no shifts on New Year's Eve)
Candidate Requirements
- Board certified
- Valid IN License, CSR, and DEA registration
- Must be a drive-in candidate
- Willingness to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures
- Must be fully credentialed with a locum tenens agency
- Provision of case logs is required
Ideal candidates should possess the skills and experience to meet these expectations for a seamless integration into the staffing rotation.
Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide anesthesiology services during scheduled shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM throughout the 2027 calendar year. Responsibilities include signing anesthesia attestations for all procedures and maintaining accurate case logs.
Requirements
Candidates must be board certified and hold a valid Indiana medical license, CSR, and DEA registration. Applicants are required to be fully credentialed with a locum tenens agency and must be able to commute to the facility.
