8-hour shift (no option for 10-hour shifts)

Candidate Requirements

• Must be board certified
• Hold valid IN License/IMLC, CSR, and DEA registration
• Must be a drive-in candidate - Commitment to all specified dates is essential
• Required to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures
• Fully credentialed with their locum agency
• Must commit to orientation on Friday, December 11, 2026 - Case logs will be necessary

• General Anesthesia (Adult) - General Anesthesia (Pediatrics)
• Cardiac Anesthesia - Epidural Anesthesia
• Spinal Anesthesia - Invasive Ventilation Management (Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy/Nasotracheal)
• Non-invasive Ventilation Management (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Central Line Placement - Arterial Line Placement
• PA Catheter Placement -

Dialysis Catheter Placement

• Chest Tube Insertion

Bronchoscopy - Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement

• Transforaminal Procedures (Lumbar or Cervical)
• Fluoroscopically Guided Nerve Blocks
• Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar or Cervical) - Post-operative Epidural Management
• Post-operative Extremity Blocks
• CRNA Supervision -

Orthopedic Cases

• Vascular Cases
• Spine Cases
• Obstetric Cases -

Thoracic Cases

Neurosurgery cases are not mandatory but should be addressed if applicable.
