Requirements
- Qualifications: Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Physician Assistant must be able to work independently Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.

- Signing bonus: $7,500.
- Relocation assistance: $7,500.
