Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients in their homes or care settings. Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide leadership and oversight for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Requirements
Requires a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree with an unrestricted state license and board certification in family practice, internal medicine, geriatric, or palliative care. Candidates must have at least 2 years of healthcare experience and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
