About the Role

Join Liquid Personnel as a Social Worker - Assessment Team (Front Door) in United States. Liquid Personnel is currently looking for experienced Social Workers to join its client's integrated Front Door in Solihull. This is a settled service where vacancies have primarily arisen due to internal promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment & Investigation: Complete assessments under Section 17 and Section 47, including the preparation of child impact reports (similar to Section 7 reports).
  • Duty Coverage: Participate in a duty rota, with the team covering duty one week in every four.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a balanced and manageable caseload, averaging 16–20 children consistently over the past year.
  • Safeguarding: Identify children at risk and deliver high‑quality safeguarding interventions to promote and protect their welfare.
