The Triage Registered Nurse will provide after-hours triage services, symptom management advice, and patient-care interventions. They will also communicate significant findings to the hospice care team and ensure accurate documentation of patient services.
Candidates must hold a multi-state RN license in Ohio and Michigan and have at least three years of experience in hospice or related healthcare. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also required.
