This position offers weekends off. Work with Health Connect America in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The therapist will perform intake screenings, conduct psychosocial assessments, and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients with addiction. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating with referral sources, and ensuring treatment authorization.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services or a related field. Additionally, they must be a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in Virginia or be approved as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
