The role involves performing neonatal resuscitation and procedures on infants, including term, preterm, and ELBW infants, while also assessing, diagnosing, and treating critically ill newborns. Additionally, the practitioner will be responsible for teaching Pediatric Residents and NNP students and supporting parents and guardians in infant care.
Candidates must be nationally certified and state licensed, possessing a minimum of two years of experience as a provider in a Level 3 or 4 Neonatal ICU. The position requires providing critical care to infants via air and ground transport to the level 4 NICU.
