Requirements

Candidates must possess a current California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license and be a graduate of an accredited Family Medicine NP/PA Master’s program. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Family Medicine, along with board certification and BLS certification, is required.
