Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit. Provides clinical support and distribution services in coordination with physician and nursing services to deliver quality drug therapy.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm. D. from an ACPE certified school. Must hold or be eligible for an active Wisconsin Pharmacist License.
