- Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
- Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
- Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education
- Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations
- Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
- Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
