Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, coaching, and performance feedback to therapists while ensuring high-quality documentation and regulatory compliance. They will also manage caseloads, coordinate staff schedules, and support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or a related field and possess an active, unrestricted New Jersey LCSW license. Previous experience in clinical supervision or behavioral health leadership is required, along with the ability to travel within New Jersey.
