Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant implements the plan of care established by the RPT and physician to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. They work within a dedicated therapy team to enhance the well-being and comfort of residents in a long-term and memory care setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an associate degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution. An active state license and the ability to meet all required screenings and certifications are mandatory.
