Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement the plan of care established by the RPT and physician. They are responsible for providing professional and competent therapy services to residents within the community.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. An active state license and the ability to meet all required screenings and certifications are mandatory.
