Key Responsibilities
Implement physical therapy plans of care established by the RPT and physician for residents in assisted living and memory care settings. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across two Northern Virginia communities to improve resident wellness and independence.
Requirements
Requires an Associate degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution. Must possess an active state license and meet all state and national board certification requirements.
