Heywood Healthcare is seeking a productive, motivated Part-Time General Urologist to join our established Urology team serving patients throughout North Central Massachusetts.
Our Urology practice includes two physicians and provides comprehensive general urological care across Heywood Healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for a Urologist who is interested in maintaining a strong clinical practice while contributing to the continued growth of urological services in our community.
The Opportunity
- Full-time General Urology position within an established practice with two Urologists.
- Opportunity for a highly productive physician to build and grow a robust patient panel.
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of urological conditions.
- Practice across Heywood Hospital in Gardner and Athol Hospital in Athol.
- Participate in a 1:4 call schedule.
- Strong referral base from Heywood Healthcare’s established primary care and specialty practices.
Opportunity to develop a significant patient volume and contribute to the continued growth of the Urology service line.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical and procedural skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Productive, motivated physician interested in building and maintaining a strong clinical practice.
