The Psychiatrist Physician provides clinical care, including acute and chronic mental health maintenance, and participates in after-hours on-call coverage for urgent health issues. This role also involves assisting in the health center's Performance Improvement program and formulating internal medicine protocols.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited university and have completed ACGME Accredited Residency Training in Psychiatry. Applicants must be Board Eligible or Board Certified as a Psychiatrist Physician licensed to practice in the state of Missouri and must have reliable transportation.
