Key Responsibilities

The specialist will manage all front-desk patient activities, including registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and payment collection, while ensuring an excellent and compassionate patient experience. This role also involves maintaining accurate confidential patient information, assisting with billing functions, and monitoring necessary medical inventory.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated computer experience and customer relations experience. Experience with Medical Records Software and front desk practice is preferred for this full-time role.
