The Behavior Therapist implements educational and behavioral programs for students under the guidance of teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of service providers to support the social, behavioral, and academic needs of students.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates should have experience working directly with children with disabilities, with experience in ABA preferred.
