The Behavior Therapist will implement educational and behavioral programs for students under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of service providers to support the social, behavioral, and academic needs of students.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to children with disabilities.
