Join LCMC Health as a Pharmacy Supervisor – Days in Louisiana. Your job is more than a job. The Supervisor, Pharmacy is responsible for coordinating pharmacy services and ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and leads the provision of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered pharmacy services.
- Serves as the liaison to coordinate compliance and regulatory issues for areas of responsibility.
- Identifies opportunities to redesign systems of oversight to maximize performance (i. e., labor and operational efficiency).
- Conducts competency assessments, observes and reviews pharmacist and technician compounding techniques, and coordinates/evaluates media fill.
Requirements
- Required: 3 years of experience in Pharmacy settings or PGY1 or PGY2/ PGY2 in area of oversight Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities.

Licensure & Certifications
Candidates must hold a Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy and possess a valid Pharmacist license from the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy settings or completion of a PGY1/PGY2 residency is required.
