TBI Physician (MD/DO) – Part-Time (1–2 Days/Week, Based on Volume)

The IMA Group is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) with expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury to perform evaluation-based exams for disability cases — no treatment, no prescribing, no ongoing patient care.

Location

This role covers VA TBI evaluations primarily between the Altoona and Pittsburgh, PA areas, along with Disability ENT exams in Pittsburgh. Candidates may be based in Pittsburgh with travel to Altoona, or based in Altoona with travel to Pittsburgh approximately once a week.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive TBI evaluations for individuals applying for disability benefits
• Perform Disability ENT exams in Pittsburgh
• Review medical records and interpret diagnostic findings
• Complete detailed, objective reports using our proprietary reporting system

What You'll Need

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Demonstrated experience evaluating patients with TBI
