Key Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care for older adults, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. They lead a multidisciplinary care team and maintain accountability for patient outcomes, quality metrics, and clinical performance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty with an active state medical license. Board eligibility is required, and candidates must possess a current DEA number and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
