If you are a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), look no more! As we grow our practice, we are looking for a LMHC that can supervise other therapists and also have a case load of their own. This is a Sr level position that could evolve into a Clinic Director position. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Include

Weekly Supervision of Other Therapists

• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications and Skills

Licensure to Provide Weekly Supervision

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
