We are looking for passionate social workers, licensed mental health counselors, and psychologists. Ellie Mental Health - Franklin is owned and operated by a local clinical social worker (LICSW), that also owns the Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough. Responsibilities Include

Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy

  • Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community

  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)
  • For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Flexible work from home options available.

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will assess mental health functioning, diagnose clients, and implement personalized treatment plans. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation and participating in community outreach to build practice awareness.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and possess or be on the path to Massachusetts clinical licensure. Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record systems is required.
