Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Navigator acts as an advocate, educator, and counselor for patients while coordinating comprehensive care across the multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, providing expert clinical nursing care, and facilitating effective communication between the patient and the healthcare team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a multistate compact. A minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care within an acute care setting is required.
