Join All Care as a Part-Time Korean-Speaking Physical Therapist in Los Angeles, California. AllCare. ai is expanding our care model to include physical therapy services for residents of assisted living facilities (ALFs) and senior communities across the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home and on-site physical therapy services to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage fixed-episode rehabilitation programs (typically 6-week care episodes).
- Document all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirements.
- Coordinate with primary care providers (NPs, physicians) on shared patients.

Requirements
Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and an active California PT license. Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
