Work Schedule

This position offers remote work flexibility. Work with PM Pediatrics in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform psychosocial assessments, provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to patients, and maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly within a virtual primary care collaborative model. Responsibilities also include completing required documentation, treatment planning, and working closely with patients, families, and the team to overcome treatment obstacles.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have a minimum of 3000 post-Master’s social work hours qualifying for licensure, along with required Clinical Social Worker licensure in New Jersey. Experience specifically with pediatric and adolescent patients is mandatory.
