Key Responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing comprehensive discharge planning. They also collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and possess a valid license in Kentucky or Indiana. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
