Key Responsibilities
The Speech Pathologist assesses, evaluates, and treats patients by developing and implementing individualized speech, language, and swallowing therapy plans. They also coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and document all patient encounters and outcomes in a timely manner.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited speech language pathology program and hold a valid license from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. One year of experience in acute adult or pediatric settings is preferred, along with AHA BLS certification.
