Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist will evaluate and monitor drug therapy for home care patients while collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure safe and effective treatment. They are also responsible for compounding sterile mixtures, verifying medication orders, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Registered Pharmacist license in the state of practice. A minimum of two years of acute-care experience or one year of home infusion experience is required.
