Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internist to join our existing Internal Medicine group, as part of Granger's multi-specialty medical clinic in West Valley City, Utah.

The Physician is responsible for Internal Medicine-specific patient care; including but not limited to: evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will be involved in call coverage as shared with the group.

Minimum Requirements

• Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
• Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient care
• Board Certification/Eligible in Internal Medicine
