Physician - Hospitalist

Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

As a Hospitalist Physician, You Will

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients age 18 and older
• Manage admissions, daily patient care, consultations, and discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and quality metrics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence efforts
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation through electronic health records
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New Hampshire medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Hospitalist experience
• Additional training or experience in Geriatric Medicine
• Passion for quality improvement and team-based care
