Key Responsibilities
The psychologist conducts complex clinical, psychological, and forensic evaluations for justice-involved individuals to inform court decisions and support alternatives to incarceration. They are responsible for developing diagnostic formulations, performing psychological testing, and preparing defensible reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology and a current New York State license as a psychologist. Experience in conducting clinical assessments, psychological testing, and working with justice-involved or forensic populations is required.
