Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst provides behavior analysis as part of a multi-disciplinary team for pediatric patients with developmental challenges. They are responsible for creating and implementing behavior plans in partnership with families and care teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology and possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Additionally, applicants must have two years of experience with children with special needs and hold a valid Alaska driver's license.
