Optometrist - Saturdays only

Key Responsibilities

The Optometrist will provide preventive and restorative eye care, including diagnosing vision-related symptoms and performing necessary procedures. They are also responsible for instructing staff and maintaining accurate patient case files.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid state optometry license and have the ability to acquire or maintain a Medicaid Provider number and NPI number. A strong interest in working with children and excellent attention to detail are required.
