Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions, including verification of hard copy and digital prescriptions. This role involves communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians, as well as supervising prescription transfers while adhering to all legal and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or PharmD, hold an active license in their state of residence, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational skills. Prior experience with pharmacist verification work and familiarity with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa are considered a plus.
