The Behavior Specialist will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students. They are also responsible for supervising school staff and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions through data analysis.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification from the BACB and a New Jersey Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a school setting is required.
