Job DetailsJob Location: 100 Emerson Lane - Bridgeville, PA 15017Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program. As a Therapist (Full Time or Part Time) at our Residential facility, you would be committed to providing compassionate supports and therapy to 16 people facing mental health challenges. The program operates in a beautifully restored home with a relaxed atmosphere. The focus is on engagement and interactions with the residents. Paperwork requirements are nominal. The work schedule is based on a 2-week rotation with every other weekend off. Job duties as a Therapist include: Complete functional assessments, develop treatment plans and complete utilization reviews and updates on a monthly basis for a caseload of 8 residents.
