Pharmacist - PRN

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective use of medication by interpreting provider orders and monitoring patient therapies. They also perform clinical interventions, counsel patients, and participate in quality assurance and antimicrobial stewardship activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and possess an active pharmacist license in the State of Indiana. A Pharm D degree from an ACPE accredited college is preferred.
