Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist provides direct patient care, manages patient plans of care from evaluation to discharge, and collaborates with the healthcare team. They also participate in departmental process improvement, clinical education, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Illinois Physical Therapist license. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
