Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist provides direct patient care, develops and manages patient plans of care, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure functional progress. They also participate in departmental process improvement, committee work, and the clinical education of interns.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
