Join Esse Health as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Part-Time, No Nights in Richmond Heights/Clayton, Missouri. Esse Health is the largest independent physician practice in the St. Louis Metropolitan area with over 100+ physicians, in 35+ locations, serving nearly 130,000 patients.

Key Responsibilities

develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members * Provide comprehensive primary care ser.

Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments * Diagnose and manage acute and chro.

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner * Emphasize preventive care, w.

Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team * Participate in quality improvement.

Requirements

2 years + of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working with a geriatric patient population is strongly preferred.

This position does share in call with the Providers in the office

typically one night per week and about every sixth weekend.
