Role Overview
As a Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical services to patients in your assigned area. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. This role is vital in supporting both inpatient and outpatient needs, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community.

What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat patients using appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Coordinate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Recommend and participate in initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
- Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician for hospitalized patients.
- Participate in academic programs, including medical education and research, as requested.
- Provide accurate documentation to meet insurance requirements and appeal denials promptly.
What You Will Need
- Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Michigan.
- Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both inpatient settings.
- Participation in academic or research programs.
