We’re seeking a Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to provide 24-hour accountability for patient care, staff performance, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and daily operations within an inpatient behavioral health environment.

What You’ll Lead
- Provide overall leadership and coordination of behavioral health unit operations
- Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
- Establish performance expectations and objectives for unit personnel
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff through rounds, team meetings, and performance improvement activities
Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to address patient-care and operational priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of nursing experience
- Nursing degree (BSN)
- Current Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure
- BLS certification
- Experience in an inpatient behavioral health environment
