Key Responsibilities
The SATS Counselor will maintain a caseload, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, and complete clinical assessments including SBIRT and ASAM. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, monitoring client compliance, and ensuring all documentation meets contract requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Alaska State Counselor Technician Certification and have experience consistent with a Chemical Dependency Counselor I (CDCI) certification. The role requires the ability to pass an Alaska Department of Corrections background check and PREA screening.
