Key Responsibilities
The counselor aide provides continuous patient care, supervision, and role modeling within a behavioral health unit. They also monitor the unit milieu, lead activity groups, and assist nursing staff with patient care activities.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. A bachelor's degree in a psychology-related field is highly preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
