Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative screenings. Collaborate with an integrated care team to coordinate patient referrals, manage chronic conditions, and ensure high-quality clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. An active Florida medical license and DEA registration are required to practice.
