Job Description

As a provider with Riverside Health Medical Group, you would join a team of

providers who are respected leaders and part of our collaborative care delivery

Hiring Range: $185.00 – $200.00 per hour

Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance

Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Labor Pool Hospitalist physician

to join our team at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital - Onancock, Virginia

Location: Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital - Riverside Medical Group -

Onancock, Virginia

Are you a dedicated physician passionate about delivering high-quality inpatient

care? Join our dynamic team as a Hospitalist, where you’ll play a vital role in

managing and coordinating care for hospitalized patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients

* Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions

* Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and support staff for integrated care

* Monitor patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust

treatment plans

* Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses, treatments,

and discharge plans

* Facilitate safe and effective discharge planning and transitions of care

 What We’re Looking For

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* Experience in hospital settings and familiarity with inpatient protocols

* Commitment to patient advocacy and continuous quality improvement

Education

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Certification(s) and License(s)

Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia

Board Certified or Board Eligible
