The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid professional Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice. Additionally, they must be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school and have passed or be eligible for the NBCOT exams.
